Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Social Deli (referred to as "we," "our," or "us") to the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Scheduling
1.1. Bookings are subject to availability and are secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
1.2. Shoots typically book out 3–4 weeks in advance. It is the client's responsibility to check availability before booking.
2. Product Submission
2.1. Products must be delivered to our studio at least seven (7) days prior to the shoot date, accompanied by the completed booking form.
2.2. Late product submissions may result in rescheduling, with any rescheduling subject to availability.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
3.1. Shoots may be rescheduled with a minimum of seven (7) business days' notice.
3.2. Changes or cancellations made within seven (7) business days of the shoot will result in a 25% rescheduling fee.
3.3. Purchases are valid for 12 months from the booking date and are non-refundable if unused within this time.
4. Shoot Process
4.1. Each shoot includes styling, filming, and editing of 10 UGC-style reels (5–15 seconds each).
4.2. Products must arrive in good, presentable condition. Social Deli is not responsible for scratches, marks, or damage upon arrival.
4.3. Any garments or fabrics must be clean, free of creases, and ready to shoot. Steaming, ironing, or laundering services are not provided.
4.4. Standard styling includes a minimalist approach with 1–3 backdrop changes.
4.5. Our team will use their professional discretion to select props and backdrops they deem most suitable for your products. These decisions are final and intended to produce the best results.
4.6. Shoots are designed to look natural, styled to resemble user-generated content (UGC) taken from an iPhone. This service differs from traditional videography. We use the latest iPhone 16 and professional equipment to achieve a polished yet authentic aesthetic.
5. Delivery and Post-Production
5.1. Reels will be delivered digitally within 14 days of the shoot date.
5.2. Rush delivery (2 business days) is available for an additional fee of AUD 500.
5.3. Final content is delivered in a 9:16 format, without music, and ready for posting.
6. Payments
6.1. Full payment must be made prior to receiving the final content.
6.2. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
6.3. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including change of mind.
8. Product Return
8.1. Products may be returned upon request for an Australian postage fee plus a $10 handling charge.
8.2. Social Deli is not liable for any loss or damage to products during transit.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Social Deli retains the intellectual property of all content created.
9.2. You are granted an unrestricted licence to use the reels across your marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertisements, after full payment is received.
10. Additional Services and Revisions
10.1. Revisions are charged at AUD 75 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.
10.2. Retouching or extensive edits beyond the standard package are subject to additional fees.
11. Liability
11.1. Social Deli takes care to handle all products and files responsibly. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
12.1. Social Deli ensures that all footage and materials are handled with confidentiality.
12.2. Content may only be used for Social Deli’s marketing purposes with prior consent.
13. Governing Law
13.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

14. Creative Freedom and Limitations

14.1. Social Deli retains full creative freedom in how shoots are styled, set, and executed. All decisions regarding props, lighting, angles, and overall aesthetic are made at our professional discretion to ensure the best outcome for the project.
14.2. If the client has specific requests, these must be detailed in the booking form provided after purchase. Requests made outside of this form or after the shoot date cannot be guaranteed.
14.3. Shoots are subject to time and set limitations. While we strive to follow the guide provided by the client, it may not always be possible to execute every detail within the allocated time or other constraints.
14.4. As a creative process, all decisions made during the shoot are final and are within our rights as content creators. We do not offer re-shoots, refunds, or compensation for creative differences.
