Yes, we offer small branded customisations, including adding your business logo at the end of the reel.
Booking and Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to book the shoot?
Our shoots usually book out a few weeks in advance, we recommend planning ahead and booking in regular sessions to maintain a consistent flow of content.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule the shoot?
You can reschedule any time leading up to the photoshoot. However, we ask for 72 hours' notice. If you cancel within 72 hours of the booking, a 50% re-booking fee will apply.
How do I confirm my booking time after purchase?
You will receive a calendar link immediately after purchase. We'll also send you a questionnaire asking for your location and other requirements.
Preparation and Requirements
What should I prepare before the shoot?
Once purchased, we'll ask you to outline your goals for the photoshoot, including any promotions or business aspects you want to focus on. Our strategists will then use this information to create a suggested shot list based on this information.
We allow for additional time on the day of the shoot to go through your shot-list with your content creator to discuss any changes or adjustments you might like.
Do I need to provide any props or specific items for the shoot?
Yes, please have any items you want to be filmed ready on location. If you're unsure, book a call with a Deli specialist and we can guide you through the process.
Are there any specific location requirements or recommendations for the shoot?
We recommend holding the photoshoot at your business location. We shoot at a single location for the 2-hour duration.
During the Video Shoot
What should I expect during the 2-hour on-location video shoot?
Your content creator will be busy capturing footage. We recommend being on standby to assist with any needs, products, or direction.
Can I provide input or direction during the shoot?
Yes, you are welcome to provide direction on the day of the shoot. However, for the best results, it's important to give the content creator some creative freedom. Please note that specific items may not be featured if they were not outlined in your goals beforehand, so be sure to list everything you want captured and promoted in advance.
Post-Production
What does the post-production editing process involve? We will edit the footage into 5-15 second reels as this time is currently favourable within the Instagram algorithm. that are ready to post. We can include your company logo if provided in PNG format.
Can I request specific edits or changes during the editing process?
Revisions are available at a rate of $75 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour per sitting. Small revisions can usually cover up to 5 changes within 1 hour.
How are the final reels delivered?
The reels will be delivered via a Dropbox link. We recommend downloading and backing them up as we do not store videos beyond 3 months after the shoot.
Additional Services and Costs
Can you explain more about the 48-hour rush turnaround service? We can provide fully edited reels within 48 hours of the shoot for an additional $250. Please indicate this in your Goals sheet after booking, and we will expedite the process.
What does the extra time on location cover, and how is it billed?
If additional time is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, we can sometimes extend the shoot if our schedule allows. Extra time is billed at $200 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. This extra time does not include additional editing time or deliverables.
How are RAW files handled and what are the benefits of purchasing them?
RAW files can be provided for an additional $250, giving you unlimited and unending licensing. This is beneficial if you want to create more than 10 reels from the shoot, potentially saving on future content creation costs.
Content and Strategy
How do you decide which trending audios to suggest for my reels? We select trending audio based on the current algorithm and their relevance to your audience. These audio tracks are trending but have low usage, meaning they still have time to gain traction.
Can I provide my own audio suggestions or preferences?
Yes, you can select your own audio upon posting the reels.
How do you determine the best platforms and times for posting my reels?
Our recommendations are industry-specific, based on our experience and data from our social media specialists. This ensures your content reaches your ideal customer at the optimal times.
Geographical and Travel Considerations
Do you offer this service outside of Melbourne, and what are the additional travel costs? Our service covers travel within Melbourne CBD and up to 20km. Travel outside this area is charged at $75 per hour of travel. Interstate travel can also be arranged as we have teams set-up throughout various locations in Australia. Who owns the content created during the shoot? The content remains owned by Social Deli and the content creator. However, upon purchase, we provide your business with an unrestricted and unending licence to use the reels on your social media channels and marketing materials.
How is my business's privacy protected during and after the shoot?
