What kind of businesses is this service best suited for?
We create reels for various business segments, including hospitality venues, bars, cafés, restaurants, health & wellness centres (like yoga and pilates studios), and consultancies (such as accounting, physiotherapy, and real estate). Booking and Scheduling

How far in advance do I need to book the shoot?
Our shoots are usually booked out a few weeks in advance. We recommend booking these ahead of time (each month or quarter) to avoid delays. 
 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule the shoot?
You can reschedule any time leading up to the photoshoot. However, we ask for 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking, a 50% re-booking fee will apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking a 100% re-booking fee will apply.
 

Preparation and Requirements

What should I prepare before the shoot?
Once purchased, we'll send you a questionnaire and shot-list structure to build out your ideal shot-list focusing on key aspects of your business you are hoping to promote. 

We also allow for an additional 10-minutes on the day of the shoot to go through your shot-list with your photographer to discuss any changes or adjustments you might like. 
 

Do I need to provide any props or specific items for the shoot?
Yes, please have any items you want to be photographed ready on location. If you're unsure, book a call with a Deli specialist and we can guide you through the process.
 

Are there any specific location requirements or recommendations for the shoot?
We recommend holding the photoshoot at your business location. We shoot at a single location for the 2-hour duration. If you're unsure on where to hold the photoshoot, book a call with a Deli specialist. 
 

During the Photoshoot 

What should I expect during the 2-hour on-location photoshoot?
Your photographer will be busy capturing your stop-motions. We recommend being on standby to assist with any needs, products, or direction. Stop Motions work well with movement so we recommend having a staff member on standby to assist with basic hand-modelling. 
 

Can I provide input or direction during the shoot?
Yes, you are welcome to provide direction on the day of the shoot. However, for the best results, it's important to give the photographer some creative freedom. Please note that specific items may not be featured if they were not outlined in your shot-list beforehand, so be sure to list everything you want captured and promoted in advance.
 

Post-Production

What does the post-production editing process involve? We will edit, stitch and optimise the photos into 5-15-second reels. This short time is currently favourable within the Instagram algorithm as it promotes repeat views and saves. 
 

How are the final reels delivered?
The reels will be delivered via a Dropbox link. We recommend downloading and backing them up as we do not store videos beyond 5 months after the shoot.
 

Additional Services and Costs

Can you explain more about the 48-hour rush turnaround service? We can provide fully edited reels within 48 hours of the shoot for an additional $500. Please indicate this in your questionnaire after booking, and we will expedite the process.
 

What does the extra time on location cover, and how is it billed?
If additional time is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, we can sometimes extend the shoot if our schedule allows. Extra time is billed at $350 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. This extra time does not include additional editing time or deliverables. 
 

Content and Strategy

How do you decide which trending audios to suggest for my reels? We select trending audio based on the current algorithm and their relevance to your audience. These audio tracks are trending but have low usage, meaning they still have time to gain traction.
 

Can I provide my own audio suggestions or preferences?
Yes, you can select your own audio upon posting the reels on your desired platforms.
 

How do you determine the best platforms and times for posting my reels?
Our recommendations are industry-specific, based on our experience and data from our social media specialists. This ensures your content reaches your ideal customer at the optimal times.
 

Geographical and Travel Considerations

Do you offer this service outside of major cities, and what are the additional travel costs? Our service covers travel within any CBD and up to 20km. Travel outside this area is charged at $75 per hour of travel. Interstate travel can also be arranged as we have teams set up throughout various locations in Australia. Privacy and Ownership

Who owns the content created during the shoot? The content remains owned by Social Deli and the photographer, however, upon purchase, we provide your business with an unrestricted and unending licence to use the reels on your social media channels and marketing materials. This means you're welcome to use the videos as intended - on your marketing channels. We just ask you not to sell these videos to any third-party platforms. 
 

How is my business's privacy protected during and after the shoot?
